Advancing careers since the flip phone.

From boardrooms to breakrooms, I help ambitious professionals lead with clarity, communicate with impact, and actually enjoy their work day.

My story…

There I was, back in the late nineties, raising my hand to volunteer to lead a new-employee training program.

Suddenly, I found myself facilitating an activity for 30 professionals, and just like that, my plan to become a psychologist went out the window. I’ve been designing and delivering highly-rated learning & development programs ever since.

Fast forward to 2005. A successful CEO said, “Thanks for the coaching - I‘m a better leader because of it.” I left that meeting and immediately signed up for Corporate Coach U’s certification program. I’ve been offering executive coaching services ever since.

One of my favorite things is to watch a client have a breakthrough on Zoom.

Boston-born blend of charm, humor, and chowdah.

A few more details…

I hold a Master of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston along with a Red Sox Nation membership.

From 2010 - 2020, I taught leadership communication at the Wharton School where I helped MBA candidates sharpen their ability to command a room and influence an audience.

I am a native Bostonian from a large family, which means I’m often told I’m too loud, that I drive like I’m losing a tail, and that sarcasm is not a love language. Don’t worry, the accent only comes out when I’m stuck in traffic. And yes, a lawn chair used to save a parking space in the winter is a sacred tradition.
